Shipping When you have placed an order at Valentin Handwoven and payment transfer is completed, your articles will be shipped within 5 businessdays. 
Should the package, against all expectations not arrive upon expected delivery, try to contact the closest postaloffice, and ask about it. Sometimes the package is ready for delivery, but the receiver has not been notified. At Valentin Handwoven all prices are in Danish Kroner(DKK) and includes VAT. I reserve the right to change my prices at any given time without prior consent. ATTENTION: double check if you’ve received a delivery slip and make sure all delivery information is correct. If the package is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible Privacy and safety None of the information given when placing an order will be passed on or sold to any third parties. My entire webshop is encrypted with HTTPS security. Delivery conditions
When you have ordered one or more products and the order and payment transfer has been completed the package will be shipped. The price depends on the size and weight of the package as well as to which country the package is heading. It is important that you remember to pick up your package at the chosen pickup spot, if it has been delivered there, or the order will be sent back to me. 
If the package is returned to me i will contact you as soon as possible. I do not cover additional shipping costs. Returns and cancellations You have 14 days, from the day you receive it, to cancel or return your order. If you wish to return some or all of your order you are entitled to get a refund of the price for the products only. I do not return shippingcosts nor do i cover the return delivery costs. All products MUST be returned unused and unopened in the original and undamaged packaging. Items that are damaged may be denied a return. Right of complaint In accordance of the law of online shopping rights, you have a right of complaint. This means you have 14 days of cancellation and a two year warranty. Meaning if the purchased product is damaged in any way or faulty from the point of purchase. This does not include, wear and tear of regular use, pulled threads, pilling, cut threads, holes and ripping. Damages made from washing the fabric wrong or using the product in other ways than the intended purposes. Payment terms I receive payment through bank transfer. Upon completing an order you will receive an order confirmation and I will send you an email with an invoice and payment details as soon as possible. Depending on credit institution it can take up to 3-4 businessdays before the payment is registered. Your order will be reserved until I have received the full payment, but for a maximum of 5 businessdays. In case of refunds it can take up to 10 days for the money to be transferred back to your account. Reservations I reserve the right for pricing errors/typing errors, price changes and out-of-stock items. Actual colours may vary. I do my best to ensure that photos are as colour true as possible, however, due to photographic lighting sources and inconsistencies on the various monitor settings on your screens, I cannot guarantee the colours you see on the webshop actually matches the true colours of the products.
